My wife and I recently used hoppers to sell our flat. They were very honest and upfront about costs etc which was great. Kevin is a lovely man and really friendly and approachable. When the property went on the market it felt like there was a whole team supporting the sale of the property the property went to a.closing date quickly and we achieved a great price for our property. We felt supported the whole way and nothing was ever an issue. Great estate agent and will definitely use them again in the future.

Enquiried multiple times about receiving a home report on a property. Ignored every time and no calls get answered. Heard similar from other people. Went to the house we're interested in and spoke to the owners in person instead. They are disappointed to hear this. Looking to deal with them privately now.

All of the Hoppers crew were incredibly friendly and helpful when I dealt with each of them at different times during my house purchase, Kevin especially so. I was expecting to feel a real sense of "the seller is our only customer here" from them, but I believe they struck the right balance (in amongst some pressure moments) so that things moved along in the interests of both parties. Booked a viewing a a property via email and on arrival was told it was the property had been sold earlier that day. They messed up the booking but didn’t phone us to tell us anything was wrong. We had driven 45mins to get to the viewing too. Very disappointed and the communication in general throughout was very poor. I hope there are no other properties we like that they are instructing. It would make me think twice about even viewing the property and certainly wouldn’t use them to sell my house
