Excellent Service

We recently completed on our house which was on the market with this estate agent. Due to the utter incompetence of the sellers solicitor - this purchase has taken from accepted offer in March 2021 through to completion on the 27th September 2021. This has been a difficult journey, only made possible by the honesty, integrity and good humour from Sue and the team. Sue in particular, enabled and supported a direct relationship with ourselves and the sellers - without which we would have honestly walked away from the sale - due to the appalling performance of the sellers solicitor. We really can't thank Sue and the team enough for their commitment and patience. We would wholeheartedly recommend this estate agent. First class in every respect. Thank you!

What a fab team!!

We purchased our property through Saunders and Lingard. I cannot rate them highly enough. We had many issues with our conveyancers which resulted in a delayed completion but Sue was on the case from the word go. She chased both ours and the vendors lawyers, we were kept in the loop every step of the way and when we eventually had a gap between completing on our sale and our purchase she managed to arrange for us to rent the vacant property that we were buying. Absolute lifesaver. Would thoroughly recommend this company. Thanks Sue.

Due to Covid & the Stamp Duty holiday my move was not timed well & took far longer from agreeing the sale to completion than any previous move I have made. Saunders & Lingard have such a personal relationship with their clients which made a big difference under difficult circumstances. They were interested & helpful with the property I bought offering advice & support even though they had no direct interest. Furthermore they were extremely helpful to my buyers keeping all parties informed & relevant information flowing. With a house sale & purchase good communication is vital.
