I can't rate Reeds Rains, Leyland highly enough, in fact, there should be 6 stars. I had my house valued by 3 different Estate Agents and Reeds Rains stood out as being very professional, friendly, approachable and reasonably priced. Andrew was amazing during the valuation, taking the photo's and creating the brochure. From there, Carole and Brooke took over with communications and arranging the 20 viewings that came through. Communication from Carole and Brooke was always excellent and I was kept updated on a daily basis with everything going on. We sold very quickly and everything from then on has also been very efficient. If I ever need to sell again, I will certainly be going with Reeds Rains. Thanks to Andrew, Carole and Brooke.

There was a lot of miscommunication. Staff didn’t set the burglar alarm after viewings. Garage door left open, resulting in an expensive petrol lawn mower being stolen. Definitely not worth the 0.1% saving compared with other estate agents. An apology would have been better than your inexcusable excuse in your reply.

Don't waste your time. Told first viewings on Hedgerows Road would be Saturday. Viewing then cancelled as they made further viewings available to others earlier in week, so property gone. Wasting people's time. Your response is just further lies. The tenants did not move out until bank holiday weekend, you only got the keys the following Tuesday, I had been assured I would be only the second viewing the following Saturday. You all need to get your stories straight as your colleague who cancelled my viewing said some additional viewings took place on the Tuesday, not as you said, before I booked a viewing, but very much after I booked. I won't be at all surprised to see you managing this as a rental property in the very near future.

I recently sold a property but was up with a different estate agent to start with but 5 months down the line I only had about half a dozen views so I changed to Reeds Rains and within a couple of days I had a buyer . It as been a long time since I had sold a house so wasn’t sure how it all worked but I had nothing to worry about as all the staff at the Leyland branch were excellent. I was kept up to date with everything . I would certainly recommend Reeds Rains to anyone thinking of selling their house Thank you to Krystal and all the staff

Krystal came to do the valuation, and provided insightful information about properties nearby and a fair valuation of our property. As a first time seller, she also took time to explain the steps involved in the sale which was a great help.
