Click estate agents sold their assets to an undisclosed buyer in 2018, straight after this the company conveniently went into a Voluntary insolvency. This means they can appoint their own practitioner. The company click estate agents (NW) dissolved & apparently “ceased trading” indefinitely in 2020. (Reports are in the gazette and on company’s house) via a forensic online site it’s been discovered that the company is still running as click estate agents Ltd, yet the company is now in fact “I & S estate agents. ” I & S estate agents is owned by an Ilyas Patel who is believed to be Ilyas Patel accountants at Preston. I believe people have a right to know this information. Click estate agents is registered under the RDS but haven’t updated there records since registration and don’t know about I&S estate agents or the insolvency. There is no complaints procedure on the website only an email address of the companies data protection officer who is named as (PATEL Ilyas) spelt backwards as it is on company's house. Unfortunately the company I & s estate agents looks as if it’s about to again go into insolvency as the debt ratio reported on forensic sites is 95.25 % on its last return, buyers and sellers be warned.

Atrocious service. Unbelievable honestly. They didn’t honour their rent guarantee agreement. Their first tenant abandoned my property who also damaged the property. They didn’t collect a deposit. They illegally evicted a tenant then lied to property redress and tried to shift all their illegal actions and liability onto me. They cost me £2500 in damages and i only got awarded £200 by property redress. I cannot believe this kind of service is allowed to exist. Photos as proof. Avoid this agency at all costs!

I have stayed one of the flat at fishergate Absolutely disgusting service. They took £600 pounds deposit for holding I have moved out 1 months ago and I've still not get it backed unfortunately everytime I've rang they have come out with different excuses very unprofessional service. I will %100 not recommended click estate agents especially workers call Muhammad and the business owner ilyas are worse each other by communicating with each other's about them businesses. Would give them 0 stars if it were possible - incredibly rude team of people, caused lots of hassle and trouble for something that could’ve been easily sorted out had they not been such useless, horrid people - they will absolutely scam you, rip you off and then argue, shout and name call when you call them out for it - DO NOT USE CLICK ESTATE

Called up regarding a property that was still listed on their website & Zoopla and was greeted with a rude message by Mohammed asking why I called again. This was the first time calling and was not expecting to be greeted by such rude member of staff. I had to have a go at him as this is not the way to treat a potential customer. Severly dissapointed by the behaviour of this staff member. Would not recommend.

We decided to use click estate agents after being let down by a national chain. I was selling my dads house however I wasn't local to the property, so therefore needed someone reliable to do viewings etc. They had an offer on the property within 24 hours and although it was then slow to get moving Jon was very efficient and followed through the sale seamlessly. I would recommend Click estate agents 👍

Don't know what they're like to buy from but one of the worst experiences ever trying to rent from them. They've lied and strung me along then gave away a flat they said they'd hold for me and knowing it could make me homeless and now keep hanging up on me instead of explaining themselves. Oh and this is after telling me I apparently refused to pay a deposit! Who refuses to pay a deposit!?! Wouldn't trust them as far as I can throw them.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Please please beware as both a buyer or seller as these are the most unprofessional outfit I have ever dealt with. I would say they only have their own interests at heart and would shaft anyone. They are not members of the property ombudsman for a reason and that is because they want to continue to act dishonestlyand do not want to follow the code that all other agents have signed up to. We moved the sale of a flat in Preston to Click Estate Agents after having no luck in selling it through another Preston estate agents. Our experience with the Click team was very different - they were friendly, straightforward and great at keeping us updated and dealing with any questions/issues that came up. They quickly found a serious buyer for the flat and all went fairly smoothly with the sale. I would recommend using Click if you want good communication and a quick sale.

Whilst searching the market for a property, the eye-catching images and videos used by Click attracted me to a property I bought through them. I then instructed them to let it out for me for the next couple of years using their guaranteed rental scheme before I move in myself. I found the staff to be very friendly, proactive and helpful. The whole process was seamless. They even introduced me to their recommended mortgage adviser and solicitor who were both extremely efficient. The whole team ensured I was kept up to date along the way, making the process very easy and stress free.

Click Estate Agents were great in helping me sell my old home and purchase my new one. Firstly, their approach and communication with new clients was perfect and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They kept me updated from start to finish, liaised brilliantly with solicitors and all other parties.
