Shocking treatment from this company!
First time buyers-
Put asking price on a property to be told they have viewings for a few days & would sell to the highest bidder- ( no problem) but they would be in touch to allow us to up our offer if needed.
Only to be contacted 2 days later stating the property has now been sold & we weren't successful!
When we asked the price it had sold for as we would like to make another offer they replied we don't have to tell you how much the property went for!
We found this very strange & hope we don't go through this again. Very rude & unhelpful.

Awful experience. Viewed a property and put in the asking price . Was told there are a few booking for the property. 2days later I get a return call to say I was unsuccessful as another person had put a higher bid in for the property . All OK until I ask how much so I can decide if in our budget .to be told they don't have to say and If I want to up my offer I can but they won't tell me how much more I would need to match the offer.feel As a first time buyer this experience hasn't filled me with confidence. Let's hope other estate agents aren't the same heartless type people

Found a property to let, went for a viewing at 10 am and went well then asked them to send the application form to go further. After two hours there was nothing. We called them and asked them again to send the application form. Again there was nothing so we called them at 4 pm and they said they will continue the viewings and then they will send the application form the next day. The next day they called in the afternoon to say that unfortunately let agreed!!
Went to rightmove to find it rented with a higher price, they didn't say anything to us about that. Unprofessional behaviour, I've never seen anything like that before!
Highly not recommended.
