GoogleThe prestatyn office isnt capable of doing the job properly, wev'e had our house on the market with them for 7 months , in that time, wev'e been sent some veiwers round, when their homes are not even on the market, just before christmas, they wanted to send people round to look at my house to see if they like mine better, if so, they would sell theirs, i refused, dont want time wasters !!! After 6 months we had a phone call asking if they cud pop round for a reveiw, time was set, but they failed to turn up, when i rang prestayn office, i was told, sorry we forgot ??? Over christmas wev'e decorated living room, time was set yet again, for them to pop round for new pictures, waited in all afternoon, but they never turned up, so i rang them to be told, oh no !! wev'e forgot again,?? so now we don't want peter Large to sell our home, really am upset, dissapointed on the service they provided us, Peter Large hasn't even rang to opologise for this?? we just got an email to say they would waver the 300 pounds, very upset, with the service they have provided

Their responses were consistently quick, and they handled everything in a very professional manner.
We are extremely satisfied with the service provided and truly appreciate their efficiency and support throughout the process.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and professional property conveyancing service.
Thank you so much Peter Large Prestatyn.

GoogleWe dealt with Lesley Smith at the Prestatyn office while purchasing our new home and would like to thank her for her helpful and accommodating approach. It certainly helped that we had somebody that we knew we could always contact for advice and updates on progress of the purchase. Thoroughly recommend this agent.

GoogleA rude, unhelpful firm that did nothing but talk down to me and my partner like we were stupid. Before our purchase fell through, we found out that the property was put back on the market, and they didn't think to mention this to us at any point. They didn't even bother responding to my email when I asked them why we weren't told about this. If you do have to use this firm, pray you don't have to deal with a lady named Anita, who will talk to you like you're a 2 year old that doesn't know how the world works.

GoogleThis review relates to our experience as house purchasers through Peter Large Estate Agents, Prestatyn Office.
In summary awful.
Where to start, little knowledge of the property, failure to turn up to viewing appointments, having booked an extended viewing we were rushed away early as this was the agents first day and she had to get to her next appointment. The list goes on, no nominated point of contact once the sale was agreed, refusing requests to buy surveys from previous buyers who’d changed their mind, perhaps so that they (Peter Large) could get additional commission from their nominated surveyors.
Eventually we contacted the vendor direct to find the updates we’d been giving to Peter Large were not being passed on, at that point I gave up with Peter Large and corresponded with directly with the vendor. The final straw was when we had our first call from Peter Large, 2 days before exchange innocently asking “how’s it going?” - I suggested they should be telling me that and was met with shocked silence.
Moving house is a stressful enough experience, without unhelpful, disorganised estate agents. All I can say is that I’m glad I wasn’t presented with their bill for this sale. I should add that the vendor shared our thoughts on this experience.

GoogleAuful being a person with a disability shocking, went to sit down was told I could not sit down although their was at least 5 tables free and my wife was 4th waiting to be served. I was told under corvid it's a one way system and first come first to be seated.
I was told to go back and wait in the queue by this young employee although my I needed to sit, I refused and said I would move if the free tables became busy. I mentioned if I was feeling ill what would be the outcome he said you would be asked to join your wife in the queue.
I ask to see the manager but she was the same opinion rules by Costa coffee no me.
Will not be using Costa coffee in Broughton ever again shocking.
Please pass on to Costa Coffee for their opinion please.
