Unprofessional and Untrustworthy Service - Very Disappointing Experience We recently viewed a house in the Rainhill area and really liked it. We made an offer at the vendor’s requested price, which was handled by Brooks Estate Agents. After submitting all the necessary documents as requested, we received no updates for two days. We repeatedly tried to call them, but they never answered, and when they finally did, it was after waiting through long queues. Their communication was extremely unprofessional. When we finally got through, they told us the vendor rejected our offer because we hadn’t submitted the required documents. We had already sent them the documents, but they only realized this after we called again and pointed it out. Their mistake cost us our dream home, and all we received was a simple “sorry.” To make matters worse, even after two days, we are still receiving emails about viewing the same house. When we called them to clarify, they were surprised but offered no solution. I have all the proof of my interactions with them, yet they continue to mishandle the situation. I feel that Brooks Estate Agents cannot be trusted, and it seems like they only prioritize certain clients. A very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
