I have had limited experience with this firm, but it has been positive overall. I telephoned on a Monday in April to arrange a viewing and this took place on Tuesday. (Another agency advertising this property offered me a viewing slot the following Saturday.) I viewed the property with Nathan who was both professional and personable and successfully interceded with the landlady to arrange a couple of changes, namely replacing a delapidated fridge which had shelves which fell off when you opened the door and also a small reduction in the monthly rent. This was beyond what I had anticipated (or probably deserved). Although I tentatively agreed to proceed with renting the flat, having slept on the matter, the next day I withdrew from going ahead due to some niggling problems with the property. These 'niggles' were solely related to the property itself and its maintenance by the owner and not a reflection on the staff or service provided by the agency.

Do NOT recommend at ALL. Pointless, timewasting company who think it’s ok to offer a viewing to then ‘give the property away’ so somebody else. Me and my partner are in desperate need of a property and their unprofessional and timewasting manner was utterly disgusting. WOULD NOT USE. TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE LET DOWN.

Extremely rude people with no customer service skills. Arranged a date and time to hand back our keys to our flat, had a confirmation letter and email through confirming the time and no one showed up. After ringing the office numerous times a member of staff answered very rudely saying “what do you want?” and proceeded to tell us it’s not their problem (despite confirming the time a few days prior) and to post the keys through the office. We then dropped off the keys at the office. We later got another rude phone call accusing us of not dropping off the keys for them to later realise they’d misplaced them in the office. Still no apology. We then received our bond back a month after our move out date as they “hadn’t gotten round to it”. Poor service, rude people, would not recommend.

The Market Place is like a Treasure Trove, a dealer has moved in about 8 months ago and is now full of Antiques of every kind, you can find any kind of old things you desire from antique fans to chest of drawers and old Books, including old Bibles. You can also find handbags and wallets, in the other room is more furniture and figures made by Royal Darby, If you have an hour to fill you would spend it well at the Market Place.
