When I have come to need new tenants the team quickly get the property filled. Have had great tenants that iMove have helped to select.

GoogleI sold my first property through Imove and dealt with marc, he was extremely helpful and guided me through the whole process as I was new to this. He found several buyers quite early on and got me the best deal possible , it was a very fast turn around and Imove was fantastic , would definatly recommend.

FacebookIve been with iMove for 6 months trying to sell our house, unfortunately with no success, therefore Ive decided to try elsewhere. The team where good, helpful & supportive during the process as a first time seller to which I thank them very much. Only improvements I would recommend is around communication, I felt as though i spent a lot of time chasing things up & not being kept updated whatever the cause maybe. However I would consider using iMove again in the future if needed

FacebookWe recently completed the purchase of our forever home with imove. Could not recommended them enough. We could arrange viewings at a time to suit us and they were very informal and relaxed yet at the same time they had a lot of knowledge about each property we viewed and were very friendly. When we had found our home the office staff were so helpful and could not do enough to help, they were always very professional no matter how silly the questions I asked were! Due to our own personal circumstances this purchase meant a lot to us and I can't thank imove enough for helping it all go smoothly and being so friendly.

FacebookWhat a fantastic start to our house moving journey! Very professional team at iMove. Realistic valuation of property from Brittany that we were more than happy with. Ian took some outstanding and very professional photos of our home and in LESS THAN 24 HOURS we had signed paperwork and were up for sale on iMove website and 'rightmove'. 4 viewings in the first week! Fantastic communication from the team round the clock and a very very Reasonable fee :) feeling positive

FacebookI tried the rest, then found the best! We spent a long time selling our home in Thornton. The property had been with a couple of local estate agents and just wasn't moving, or even getting many viewings. On a recommendation, we decided to give IMove a try. Straight away, we felt IMove were the right team to sell our property. MD Ian came out to meet us and it was clear that he isn't a man to just tell you what you want to hear to get your business. From his assessment of the market, the professional quality pictures and refreshing approach, we felt sure they were the right choice. Within hours of marketing, we had viewings booked and soon accepted a full asking price offer. Unfortunately, that one wasn't to be, but the team's reaction was superb, getting period back round the property. Very quickly, another over was accepted. The IMove team were brilliant throughout the whole process. From marketing the property, managing bookings, conducting viewings and assisting through conveyancing, they never failed to keep me informed and assured throughout. The whole team - Ian, Alex, Brit and John all excelled for us and very happy to have picked IMove. I would massively recommend IMove to anyone looking to sell or rent a Fylde coast home. And on top of all that, they were also the cheapest! Dave

FacebookWe have recently moved house and viewed lots of properties before finding my forever house. Imove were the estate agents for this property (amongst others we'd looked at) and they were absolutely fantastic! We all know buying a house is a nerve racking experience but they keep us updated, returning phone calls and answering queries really quickly. On the day of completion it was Imove that told us the sale had gone through-before our own estate agents and solicitor. They really looked after the seller of our property as well, dropping the keys off with us so she didn't have to make an extra journey! They were so nice about the whole process, calming my nerves and just generally looking after us all. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them if I ever have to move again!
