Marc Holmes at iMove regularly went above and beyond for us during our search of a new home. He was always available to cater for our needs when booking viewings to properties (late evenings and weekends). He was very knowledgeable and quick and efficient in answering any queries my partner or I had during the process. He always kept us updated and you couldn’t fault his level of communication as he would reply to our emails/calls without fail in a quick and efficient manner. As first time buyers moving to a new area we were SO grateful to have had the support of Marc and the rest of the incredible team at iMove. Marc was fantastically knowledgeable about the property we were interested in and the local area. I have dealt with iMove on both Sales and Lettings and on both occasions have been absolutely brilliant. The communication quality and speed of responses has been fantastic, especially as we had to move quickly on a sale of our property. The knowledge of Marc and the strategy for sale was second to none and he told it straight. There was never any fluff of being told what I wanted to hear just to get the commission. Me and my partner recently bought our first home and without Marc our journey to completion wouldn’t have been so easy! Marc was fantastic with both me and my partner after our offer being accepted on 31/1/23 we completed and moved into our property on the 31/3/23. not a clue with this company found my house on square rooms rented over 2 years they were great then these cowboys i move sent text said they were running things no written deatails emergency numbers no letter heads but some weirdo taking pictures from there office of my bedroom alarm bells shoud of acted on this but latley cant flush toilet had to go local morrisons all weekend to use thers and staff tell lies with each other but dont worry i recored what they both said fy54bt had to put i star wont let me post
