GoogleHelen from Butson has been an absolute breath of fresh air in dealing with our recent home purchase which in every other way has been a nightmare. To say Helen went above and beyond is an absolute understatement it really is, she even helped with the purchase of our property even though it was for sale with someone else (wouldn’t sell with anyone else in future). If you are considering Butson Blofeld then don’t waste time elsewhere, these guys are the real deal as they say…

GoogleWe recently purchased a property through Butson and cannot recommend them highly enough. Buying a house through probate can be a daunting and slow process, but the Butson team (especially Helen and Alastair) were a steady hand from start to finish. What really set them apart was their proactivity; they were constantly chasing solicitors on both sides to ensure the legal chain kept moving, which reduced the delays we were worried about. Their negotiation skills were equally impressive, they were incredibly fair and transparent when it came to negotiating the final costs and contract details, ensuring a smooth transition into our new home. If you want an agent who rolls up their sleeves, communicates brilliantly, and advocates for a successful completion, look no further. A truly five-star experience during a very stressful time.

GoogleStrange estate agents to deal with to be honest. We viewed a property and after taking my email address we was informed by the lady at the viewing that an application form would be sent to us to apply for the property. The form didn't arrive so no problem as maybe they didn't take the correct email address so I emailed them myself instead and asked for a form to be sent but for whatever reason 2 days later and no reply and still no application form. One star for a poor estate agents
Good morning and thanks for advising us. We apologise if this has not landed. We have looked in to this just now and think we have identified the property and applicant this is regarding from the same dialogue in your email. We confirm that our team member Katie picked up your email at 9.41am yesterday and responded at 9.45am attaching two copies of the application forms. We have also issued another response this morning. Again we apologise if this hasn't landed. Our office is fully staffed to take a call and follow this up for you as well. We do receive high levels of email enquiries on our lettings accounts daily and always aim to respond within a quick time frame. Thank you , Alastair

GoogleI have just completed the sale of my mothers house. I have to say that Butson's have been excellent from start to finish. Alastair Smith is very knowledgeable and undoubtedly knows the market in the area very well. Upon marketing the property, I had 3 good offers in the first week. A sale was agreed with 2 buyers. The first changed his mind. Butsons wasted no time in getting a second sale agreed with the other interested party. Butsons did all of the viewings for me which I would highly recommend. Helen and Dianne are true professionals and really know what they are doing. They chased the respective parties and gave me timely updates as well as great advice. For the service you recieve, their fees are more than reasonable. I would highly recommend Butsons to anyone looking for a quality, professional, service.

GoogleI had a fantastic experience with Butson, especially working with Alastair. He was incredibly helpful when I moved back to the UK and was searching for a place to rent, making the whole process much easier and less stressful. Throughout my three-year tenancy, the service remained excellent, any issues were handled promptly, and all staff were consistently friendly and supportive. I would highly recommend Butson to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agency.

GoogleExtremely unprofessional management! If your looking to let a property out use someone else. Sent a message to me instead of colleague! Let’s just say very rude and unprofessional! Avoid at all costs. *sadly I spoke to the management after to resolve the matter and he made it worse! If that’s how things are dealt with I’m surprised you how any custom at all ! Shouting at a customer due to the said managements mistake is never a good thing.
Hi Matthew, sorry to hear that you feel we provided a bad experience. Perhaps you could send a message to us direct and we can look in to this. As I am sure you appreciate all feedback to an independent company is important and comments can make a huge difference. Also if we responded to the wrong person perhaps you could advise on this? Regards, Butson Blofeld.

GoogleI have just purchased a house via Butson Blofeld and they were absolutely excellent. I dealt with several local agents who weren’t particularly helpful, presumably because the market is so busy, they don’t feel the need to be. Diane in particular was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble and I genuinely believe without her, I’d still be house-hunting. If you want to buy or sell in PLF, just use this firm - 10/10.

GoogleWe’re currently purchasing a property through this fantastic team, and we can't emphasise enough how wonderful they've been to work with. Every member of the team has been a pleasure to speak with. Their dedication to their clients is phenomenal. We would recommend them 100 times over!

GoogleExcellent! We decided to stop our sale because we had no clue where we were going and due to appointments at hospital etc; we had to hold off for a while. As soon as things change we will be in touch once more.

GoogleDidn't have any property's that matched my criteria
Dear Sharron, Thank you for your comments and we are sorry we don't have anything that fits your criteria at present. We are more than happy to keep your details on our system if something presents in the near future. Perhaps you might reconsider your star rating as reviews are very important to local independent businesses. Best Wishes, Alastair and the team at Butson Blofeld
