Chris was a great agent who was attentive throughout. We were 1 of 2 applicants that the landlord was considering for a longer term lease and although we did not get the deal it was a pleasure working with Chris. There was a application deposit of 1 week's rent to show the landlord we were serious in our consideration of the property. This is a great method to narrow the agent's and landlord's attention to clients actually interested in negotiating a lease. I made the deposit and when we were not chosen the deposit came right back the next day. Very reputable and trustworthy agent. Would recommend to a friend.

Hi Phillip, your move date was set by the new build developer not Meraki and was moved by the developer. This is not unexpected with new build apartments. Additionally Meraki were able to negotiate a full refund of your holding deposit as well as your hotel expenses for one week which were returned to you immediately. Finally it was your group who decided to withdraw as you were unable to wait any longer for the development to be completed.
Sadly you seem not to be satisfied with your experience however Meraki had updated you through out your application and dealt with the developer on your behalf ensuring you were not left out of pocket for the delays.
