Fantastic Customer Service I recently bought my house that was marketed by this branch. Even thought it took quite a long time for the completion the entire team were very supportive especially David Valentine the sales agent. I have called BE potters bar in the past and never had a great experience. Spoke to a lovely young gentleman called farooq who was fantastic. My uncle recently passed away and left me a property so I had lots of questions for him as I have never sold and gone through probate previously. He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I called a few other agents in potters bar they weren’t really helpful all they said to me when the probate gets granted give them a call. However farooq spend more then half hour of his time of what I should do. His in-depth knowledge of the market along With the area potters bar made me change my mind about Bairstow Eves. I well definitely be using bairstow eves once I have sorted out all the paperwork. I have my full confidence in faruk to sell my property and would recommend speaking to him if anyone who likes to sell thier property. Outstanding service and outstanding estate agent He has definitely changed my opinion of estate agents.
