Terrible experience from start to finish. Rented me an apartment with dog urine ava mold everywhere. Very slow to fix things during the tenancy. Kept my deposit at end for no reason.

GoogleI got a valuation done in 2016 and wanted it updated for 2019. Despite calling numerous times I could not get through to the relevant person and nor did she ever call me back. The last couple of times I called I explained that I needed it urgently but still no call back. I eventually gave up and paid another company to do a new valuation for me.

Keenly priced service. Accurate determination of the asking price relative to the expected selling price, which surpassed the asking price by about 12%. Very professional management of the viewings and queries. The online MySherryFitzgerald platform bidding system was transparent and most fair and we wish all estate agents used this system.

If there's a 0 start option, I'd definitely rate that as 0. They're not protecting tenant rights, very slow and not hands-on on the issues raised and basically they're acting like a roadblock rather than solution provider.I'd think twice if Sherry Fitzgerald is the agent for the property.
