GoogleHad a great experience with NCPM. The staff are all totally clued-in and know their trade very well. Couldn't do enough for you. House was spotless and the team were extremely quick to respond to any inquiries. Will definitely be using them again.

GooglePaying £290 a month, you would expect a letting agency be able to inform you, to ask your permission prior to entering your bedroom. In direct breach of tenancy rights and the contract, this company still refuses to admit wrongdoing, essentially holding me hostage to a contract they have already broke. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. The only reason I gave a one star review is because I can't give zero. If you are a student - STAY AWAYNegativeProfessionalism, Value
Hi Patrick, we are so sorry that you feel this way. As previously discussed we had been asked by a member of the property to enter the premises thus allowing us access to see the state in which the property was being kept. Despite this we have even offered you the chance to re let your room providing you bring it back up to the condition in which you received it. We are always more than happy to help when we can however when tenancy's are signed for a fixed period we are unable to do anything else or than to re let your room. If you wish to discuss anything further please feel free to contact the office.

Enjoyed our stay in the loft apartment everything was dealt with professional and friendly would like to add my daughter left her iPod behind the member of staff I think was Janet went out of her way to arrange to get it back personally which we really appreciated thank you would definitely recommend if letting again.

GoogleLast night I had an absolute nightmare leaving my keys in my apartment after I had popped off to the shop. Had got into contact with the emergency line and the crew were more than willing to help me get in. If it wasn’t for them I would’ve been homeless. Quality service!

GoogleWe have stayed with North Coast property many times before, however the accommodation we rented this time was not up to their usual standard. 62 West Strand Avenue had many faults and it came to our attention that it had been rented out as student accommodation earlier this year. This was clearly evident and that effort hadn't been made to reflect the £725 a week we paid instead of the £660 the students pay per month. The washing machine and the front door lock didn't work, bedding was not provided for one bed, the shower extractor fan blew the fuses, no wardrobe in one room and a broken one with no hanging in another. The apartment was dirty and the shower tray was mouldy. All of which meant this was definitely not a relaxing holiday. Communication between the office wasnt good enough as we constantly had to contact them to check on where things were up to for 5 days of our 7 days. We'd recommend looking closely at the accommodation before renting off them and not staying at that address.

GoogleWorst people to work with ever. Been very patient with NCPM but they are incredibly useless. Do not rent a house with them, try LPG. Paul is very professional and tries very hard to help get you a suitable house.

GoogleMy friends & I accidentally booked a house for the wrong week. We confirmed the dates & paid the money in full, only to realise our error a few days later. NCPM were very reassuring & made every effort to resolve our mistake. For a full month, we were in regular contact with the very friendly staff until they secured another booking, offering us a refund for our money including the full deposit. We are overwhelmed by their helpfulness & professionalism - we would highly recommend them!

GoogleI stayed in the Beach Studio last night and I couldn’t recommend it more. The studio is modern and extremely clean. It is very central and is right beside the beach with a stunning view & lovely atmosphere. The family are lovely and a great help with anything that you need. North Coast Property Management are great for holiday rentals and for student rentals also - definitely worth the stay!

GoogleMy partner and I have used NCPM quite a few times now and each time has been great experience. We have stayed a few of their properties and every place was done to an exceptional standard. Especially the place on the promenade, one of the nicest places I've stayed (cant remember the address now but ask about it!). Staff are friendly and have had no issues using their service. Highly recommend to anyone

GoogleThis is the best property company you could look for. I rented a house with NCPM for every year of my university degree and every house was just perfect. Any issues were dealt with promptly and with ease. The staff are just great, beyond friendly, they even helped me deal with an issue that was my own fault after I left the property. Could not recommend more!

As I landlord of 2 houses I would not go anywhere else to find tenants each year. The level of customer care all the staff provide is second to none. It is extremely difficult getting good students who look after your property but over the past few years when NCPM have found me the students I have had no problems at all. Would definitely recommend

Hi Ron, we are sorry to hear that your holiday accommodation was no longer available, due to the current situation many landlords decided to keep their properties for family use leaving us with no choice but to cancel holidays and try to source alternative accommodation. I am sorry if nothing else was suitable for you but hopefully we can offer you a lovely property at a good rate in the future.

We have had the displeasure of dealing with NCPM for two years, and safe to say I will never be using them again. 90% of the time, they have no idea what's going on and don't do what you've asked- completion of a task is entirely dependent on which member of staff you get. Not a great agency.

GoogleI live locally but have friends and family in Scotland who have needed accommodation when they come over to visit. Each time the North Coast have been extremely professional and helpful and sorted me out with brilliant accommodation without any hassle. I would totally recommend them and will definitely be using their services again!

GoogleWe had numerous things wrong with our holiday let (62 west strand ave portrush) we contacted the office they were very nice on phone and promised to get things sorted, we had to ring twice, but NOTHING was sorted, totally disgusted with them!!Definately will not be booking with them again.
