I paid Β£10 for a reference (which is a joke) during the summer from paul and he referred to me as he/him all throughout the email, obviously just copying and pasting the same email to everyone and when I emailed him to change it, he didn't even respond. I'd recommend NCPM or lemontree over this rental agent.
