Googlei don’t usually write reviews but i had to this time. after leases are signed, they do not
respond to emails about concerns or even questions. when u ring them, ur likely answered by a woman who is already pissed off and in a mood. ur best bet is heading to their office everytime u have a concern or question, even so sometimes concerns aren’t addressed properly. they’re not helpful, atleast from a student let perspective. so disappointing, i’d expect a bit more professionalism/customer service at the very least.

GoogleIf I could put 0 stars I would !!! Do not try and rent with these people. Sent us a contract for a house, had all the payment on it, set up. Payment came out yesterday for more than stated on my contract. I just rang and an aggressive and victim complex women answers and trys to defend herself by saying “didn’t you read the contract before signing it” They sent me the complete and utter wrong contract. I had saved for summer payments being a student. On our contract it says £445 for a month double room. When I rang up this morning to ask why £470 had been taken out she said that’s right, but that’s not what my contract said. They also overcharged the room with an en-suite £515 when the contract we had been emailed over said £498. The contract also states that this was the first payment of the total years rent of £8773, is £1800. There are only 3 payments. How does £1800 multiplied by 3 reach £8700 , I’m not sure either. The women was so incredibly unhelpful , and genuinely rude almost looking for a reaction out of me . It also says different prices on the website, to the contract or what I was told on the phone. If a manger reads this please if your calls are recorded, listen to the phone call. It was absolutely outrageous and considering I was just asking about a mistake and why this was , considering it’s people’s money your messing around with. There wasn’t one apology just “ humans make mistakes” and “ sorry I’m not perfect” I cannot believe the lack of customer service or consideration. Do not in anyway rent with this estate agents.

GoogleExtremely helpful and trustworthy!! I have rented for over 2 years with them, and they were always extremely helpful an would respond and fix any issues immediately. When I had to end the contract and no longer lived there, they were so, so helpfu with everything I needed at the end, and I did need a lot of assistance - they went above and beyond and helped with things they did not necessarily have to do. You can 100% trust them. I lived the happiest years of my life in that rental and it really helps that the letting agency was there to provide all the support one needs. I would recommend them wholeheartedly with eyes closed.

GoogleHave been booking houses in portstewart for 23 years. I Booked 3 houses and paid deposits with lemontree lettings in august 2023.went online to pay the remainder in april 2024 only to find they had canceld 1 of the houses and moved my booking to a different house without letting me know.got to the propertys in july 2024.2 was fine but 1 of the houses was not.i opened the door to find a very strong smell of heating oil.i rang the office and was told to open the windows as the hose to fill the oil tank was pulled through the house.we were up the whole night washing the floors as the smell was unbareable. We had to leave as we could not stay in it.which meant some of my grandchildren had to sleep on blow up beds on the floor so we could have their bed.they gave me the number for the owner who i rang.but could not get hold of him to the monday.he was lovely about it.he rang me on the wednesday and informed me there was an oil leak.and to give it 24 hours.i said i wont be going back to the house as we go home on the saturday.and i just wanted a refund.which he gave me. im just a bit surprised if the cleaners had off been in that house why they did not report it.
