Chris was responsible for the sale of my brother's home, the house was sold within 3 weeks and he kept me informed throughout the whole process, he was extremely professional in all his dealings with us, as was the rest of the team. I would thoroughly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.

GoogleNo no no. Whenever an estate agent suggests offering a reduced valuation for probate and indicates that if they were to actually list the property for sale that the valuation would increase alarm bells should ring. Do yourself a favour and avoid Capital Gains liability.
