Superb Service and People

I really enjoyed selling my house with Bernards. Leon visited us and was incredibly positive, valuing our house well above the level given by the fastest selling estate in the area. The property details produced and the photo's were excellent, it was hard to believe it was my house. We decided to go for the upper valuation offered and had around 20 different viewers in 6 weeks all efficiently handled by the agency. We then dropped our price to a level £10k above our initial expectations and had a cash buyer within a week. Throughout some minor issues with the sale we were kept updated and I enjoyed all my calls with Bernards.. In summary we achieved £20k over the valuation of another agent,, had great interaction with the team and would totally recommend this agency for anyone selling in the area .
