TrustpilotLetting property
We had a very bad experience with our last agent and tenants and were very wary of going to a different agent.Beals have been first class and professional, very thorough.I cannot fault the service I have received at this present time. They have marketed the property and found me tenants very quick. To which I am very pleased about. They have kept me up to date.

TrustpilotBeals. Jon Leask
I wanted to leave a review because I’ve had such a positive experience with Beals. Jon Leask has helped me every step of the way selling my home & finding me the right property going forward.Jon absolutely got what i needed from a property & when he found one ticking all the boxes he was on the phone to me arranging a viewing. I’m really happy.

TrustpilotThankyou Maxine Faulkner
Beals have been our agents for a property that we rent out for just over a year. They are always helpful and have been especially so during the challenges that covid has brought with it. I was in contact mostly with Maxine Faulkner and could not have asked for anyone better to deal with a few problems that occurred during this period.

Google*Avoid*Avoid*Avoid - Viewed a property to rent and wanted to rent it. Called them several times after the viewing and was told i would get a call back. I never recieved a call back from Lucy and kept trying to get hold of her. Seems to be VERY UNRELIABLE and VERY UNRESPONSIVE. Waste of time!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Annie Pannell at Beals was absolutely fantastic. In a time where the market is moving very fast, she still worked hard to find me the perfect place. Professional, helpful and always responds quickly when you contact her. Highly recommend using Beals as they make the process very easy and they are eager to help at all stages.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
