GoogleI live on the estate the green open space and park were finally opened last week and have meet by most residents as disappointing and with poor facilities for the children. The communal areas are not well maintained weeds dying plants and trees. I'm happy with my house (after countless replacements and redoing of work) just the upkeep of the estate is disappointing and Barratts don't want to take responsibility or do communal area repairs.
