GoogleI initially had Brankin manage a rental property since 2021 and then as selling agents for said property. I found the whole experience of their service entirely professional. Kelley and the team are superb communicators, every query or job needing to be done was handled with great efficiency and made the whole journey of being both a landlord and vendor, both seamless / stress free. Would have no hesitation in recommending Brankins .

Having never rented my property through an estate agent before, and having been burnt by previous tenants, I can confidently say that choosing Brankins was the best decision I ever made. From the very beginning, Kelley took the time to understand my needs and provided an exceptional service throughout the entire rental process. She secured reliable tenants quickly and kept me informed every step of the way, which gave me peace of mind. When it came time to sell the property, there was no question about who I’d turn to. Once again, Kelley and the Brankins team were superb. Selling while frequently travelling for work could have been stressful, but Kelley made it seamless. She handled every detail with professionalism and care, smoothing out any issues as they arose and keeping me updated throughout. Big thanks to Kelley for everything, her dedication, communication, and expertise truly set Brankins apart. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient estate agent.

Anselm set up a WhatsApp page so we were all in the loop and sometimes sending messages out of office hours ,would HIGHLY recommend Anselm and his hardworking team

GoogleBrankins staff are exceptional. Kelley has been an enormous help over the last 10 years with any problems within our development. Always a friendly face and a wee chat. Cheryl completed the sale of our apartment with complete professionalism but keeping it personal and friendly and keeping us informed all the way. Anselm and Collette complete the team, with their friendly and helpful manner. If I could rate 10 stars I would.

Nothing was too much trouble and queries were answered in a very timely and efficient manner. I would have no hesitation in using this company again for either buying or selling a property. They may be somewhat smaller than others on the north coast but this only serves to make them better - wouldn’t recommend anyone else when looking for this service on the north coast! Thanks!

GoogleKelley and Anselm were both absolutely fantastic in helping me sell my mothers property especially as I live in England and it was difficult to manage from a far, however, Brankins guided and helped me through the whole process which took away all of the hassle, i would reccommend them to anyone wishing to sell or purchase a property especially with their indepth local knowledge of the market.
