GoogleI initially had Brankin manage a rental property since 2021 and then as selling agents for said property. I found the whole experience of their service entirely professional. Kelley and the team are superb communicators, every query or job needing to be done was handled with great efficiency and made the whole journey of being both a landlord and vendor, both seamless / stress free. Would have no hesitation in recommending Brankins .

Having never rented my property through an estate agent before, and having been burnt by previous tenants, I can confidently say that choosing Brankins was the best decision I ever made. From the very beginning, Kelley took the time to understand my needs and provided an exceptional service throughout the entire rental process. She secured reliable tenants quickly and kept me informed every step of the way, which gave me peace of mind. When it came time to sell the property, there was no question about who I’d turn to. Once again, Kelley and the Brankins team were superb. Selling while frequently travelling for work could have been stressful, but Kelley made it seamless. She handled every detail with professionalism and care, smoothing out any issues as they arose and keeping me updated throughout. GoogleBrankins have been a huge asset for the management of Peninsula where we owned an apartment for the last 10 years. The team have been outstanding through that whole time, when we were buying, getting repairs done, for the gas boiler maintenance and looking after the development. Nothing was ever too much trouble and dealt with efficiently and effectively with a smile. Selling our apartment too was a breeze with Brankins help. Cheryl completed the sale of our apartment with complete professionalism but keeping it personal and friendly and keeping us informed all the way. Anselm and Collette complete the team, with their friendly and helpful manner. If I could rate 10 stars I would.

GoogleWow. I would very highly recommend Brankins Estate Agents in Portrush. Anselm Brankin personally attended the initial meeting at the house I was selling and spent over a hour getting to know the place and myself and the background of the sale. The attention to detail was phenomenal and he took time to explain current market trends with a realistic valuation as a consequence. Anselm gave continual feedback after viewings. A seamless process. We had considered using another estate agent in the area purely based on the number of properties that they had listed for sale. Thankfully their lacklustre attitude which included a failure to attend a prearranged meeting to consider valuation and listing and only spending less than five minutes in the house on a subsequent rearranged meeting before providing an extremely low valuation made my decision to employ Brankins a sensible option. Well done Anselm and your team. Highly recommended.

They may be somewhat smaller than others on the north coast but this only serves to make them better - wouldn’t recommend anyone else when looking for this service on the north coast! Thanks!

GoogleKelley and Anselm were both absolutely fantastic in helping me sell my mothers property especially as I live in England and it was difficult to manage from a far, however, Brankins guided and helped me through the whole process which took away all of the hassle, i would reccommend them to anyone wishing to sell or purchase a property especially with their indepth local knowledge of the market.

I should also mention that they are the maintenance company for the whole block of somewhat forty apartments and I cannot praise them enough for the way they have managed it and maintained it over the years.
