Our purchase of a desirable residence on Portland was enabled by Real Estate Bureau. Portland Office. Completion date 03 Jan 2025. The service provided by Tom, Steph & the team proved to be excellent with the purchase supported by accurate information advice and guidance. The advice included a recommendation to an efficient legal service. I would also confirm that my wife and self felt inclusive in the purchasing process provided by Tom in a relaxed and friendly manner, not often found within the property marketing sector. Many thanks to The Real Estate Bureau ~ Portland Office ~ Annie & Marty Horsnall. 04 January 2025

We used The Real Estate Bureau to sell our property and were very impressed with the service we received. Glenn and his team were very professional in terms of putting our house on the market, conducting viewings and providing us with feedback. We felt very informed throughout the whole process and we would highly recommend them. We also happened to purchase a house which was on the market with The Real Estate Bureau and once again we cannot fault the service we received . Again Glenn kept us informed of developments and the whole process went smoothly. It was a positive experience and we are very satisfied customers.

A fantastic service which resulted in not one, but two successful sales. From the outset, Glenn, Debbie and their team were incredibly professional in the sale of our family home, ensuring every step of the process was clearly explained. From the initial valuation, Glenn and the team showed an enthusiasm to want to sell the property and made helpful suggestions which contributed to a smooth sale. For all appointments the team arrived on time and it was clear they all had a very clear understanding of the market and were knowledgeable about the local area. The whole Real Estate Bureau team were incredibly friendly and professional, and kept us informed throughout with updates, viewings and feedback immediately after a viewing. Communication was primarily via telephone, allowing an opportunity to ask questions and be more involved. Calls were always answered or returned the same day. I would highly recommend The Real Estate Bureau for their exceptional service, friendly team and professionalism. Thank you.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience of how Real Estate found me a tenant for my property. Not only were they quick to find me someone, they were able to find me the right people. I dealt mainly with Tom and Debbie and it was honestly nothing but smiles every time we had contact. Thank you so much. I can’t praise the team enough for their highly professional and effortless service.

Great experience buying our house in Portland with Tom from the Real Estate Bureau. He was always available for our many questions and extra viewings, friendly, knowledgeable and never pushy. That last one matters because it’s a trait you see too often in this industry, but never with Tom. We’d definitely recommend RSB and will use them for any future sales or lettings.

Glenn and the team dealt with my house sale in 2018 and were so professional l appointed them again in 2020. Lockdown could have been a problem to potential viewers but Glenn suggested a 3d tour posted on their website and rightmove. My recent property sold in 10 days and completed in just 7 weeks. Glenn guided me through the process so professionally both times. His team are always helpful. I fully reccomend the Real Estate Bureau.

We sold and purchased another house through Real Estate. Glenn and the team were always friendly and helpful. They worked very hard to help Co ordinate the sell and purchase which was quite a complex situation. They always got back to us quickly with queries. Thanks very much and we would definitely recommend Real Estate if you’re selling or buying.

I highly recommend Glenn and his team at The Real Estate Bureau. When our father passed away my two brothers and I called Glenn out to provide a valuation of his property. All of us live many miles from Portland and so were totally unaware of what the Portland market was like and in fact whether our father’s house was in a good or bad area. Glenn’s local knowledge, professional, friendly and honest demeanour shone above all other agents we had invited out. To say the process of selling the house was ‘difficult’ would be an understatement, we suffered with bad/slow solicitors, indecisive buyers, electrical surveys, boiler issues and Covid-19 but Glenn faced each challenge with enthusiasm and positivity, he offered professional opinions alongside all the friendliness you would hope for when dealing with the loss of a parent and the stress of selling a house. we got there in the end, the house has now sold and we can now begin to move forward. If you’re looking for an honest Estate Agent who you can trust to bring your property to completion no matter what challenges you may face along the way then Glenn and The Real Estate Bureau stand head and shoulders above the rest. Thank you Glenn (and your team) for everything you did to make the sale of our Father’s house at such a difficult time as pain free as possible.PositiveProfessionalism

I can not recommend this team enough. Tom didn't just want to make a sale, he actually knew what we need and insisted to have at least a look at it, and this was it, our dream home. :) Thanks for him and Steph, we had a continuous support throughout the process. Very kind and professional team! Thanks, Laura, Kata

Glenn and the team were really helpful throughout the whole process of selling our house, from Glenn's first visit until completion. Whether in the office or by phone and email, all our questions and queries were dealt with swiftly and thoroughly. They were also happy to go the extra mile and I would certainly recommend them.

We appreciated the way Glen took time to treat us as people when showing us two viewings today. Having an agent willing to listen and give us space to work out what it is we really want in a new home.
