GoogleThis is the second time we have used Thompsons Estate Agents in Porthcawl. From the very first interaction with Claire, Becky and Louise (even Phil chipped in!) the entire team have been polite, efficient and professional. They always kept us up to date with any progress and are soooo easy to work with. By far the best independent Estate Agents team ever, they honestly leave the competitors in their wake. GoogleThe whole team at Thompsons made our buying process incredibly smooth and enjoyable. When viewing our house, Claire moved her diary around to squeeze us in, and then helped us with our offer. Without her kindness, we wouldn’t be living in our dream home! The team’s communication skills were absolutely fantastic, always replying promptly and with clear guidance. An appointment was arranged for 1.30pm to value my property where the manager was attending only to leave a card through letterbox and couldn't be bothered to wait 2 minutes as arranged travelling home from work arriving at 1.32 pm as discussed with client the rough time arriving home as work commitments. Obviously poor salesmanship and incompetent manager who also didn't confirm he was on his way as I would have confirmed I would be there Two minuets after he left without waiting. Offered to return quite a while after but inconvenient as had to return to work. Lost sales resulted
