GoogleI would unreservedly recommend Richard and Sally. They handled the sale of my father's property with professionalism and dedication, even when the process took much longer than expected. We lost our first buyer along the way - thanks to a long delay obtaining probate - but they quickly found another buyer. Their communication was excellent throughout, keeping me updated every step of the way. In the end, their hard work paid off, and I'm really grateful for all their efforts.

GoogleThe sale of my house proved to be quite a prolonged and challenging experience and coincided at a time when I was suffering poor health which only caused further personal stress. However, such stress would have been much worse had it not been for Richard & Sally’s unfailing support, care and diligence. They provided a level of service that exceeded all my expectations as they were always available to provide advice and guidance . Moreover, they worked tirelessly to seek a buyer at a time when the market was quite subdued and were successful in attracting a significant number of viewings and their persistence in the follow up of those who viewed was unsurpassed . I have no hesitation in recommending Richard & Sally’s services in acting on behalf of anyone’s house sale.

GoogleSally and Richard provided a first class service when selling our mother's bungalow, securing a sale within a few days at a price that exceeded the asking price. Sally and Richard were always quick to respond with any queries, were flexible in meeting with us/arranging viewings on any day including Sunday and were always a pleasure to deal with. As the only estate agent (as far as I'm aware) based in North Cornelly, was an added bonus. We would have no hesitation in recommending them as they were the most professional estate agents we've dealt with.

GoogleJust recently sold my property with EweMove and had an excellent experience. They were the first estate agent to give a valuation, and they came well prepared with estimates and supporting information. The contract terms and fees were excellent, which meant I didn't bother looking any further, I made a great choice and am really happy with the price they achieved. Highlights include the team always being on hand to provide advice based on their invaluable experience and knowledge of the local market; being kept up to date with everything via a WhatsApp group, always being available to answer questions, and always being current with all potential buyers' positions. Although they are a small estate agent, they made me feel like I was their only and most important client. The photography was amazing, and on a personal level, they are just incredibly nice people. If you are looking for an estate agent that takes the sale of your property as seriously as you do, pick these guys. Thank you EweMove, I wish you every success.
