We recently sold our house through Jeffries and were very impressed with the service we received throughout. Despite the recent pressures of an unprecedented workload, Matt and the team kept on top of the sale, communicating with all parties and providing us with regular updates. Matt was professional, efficient and approachable and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I used Jeffries & Dibbens simply because they were handling my purchase and I'm so glad I did. They suggested putting my property in Port Solent on the market at a higher price than that advised by another agent and I received the full asking price on the first viewing.! They were in regular (weekly at least) contact with me throughout the whole process and were so knowledgeable and helpful, particularly Hayley. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Absolutely brilliant service, house sold within a week, Matt went above and beyond making sure that we exchanged by the end of June, saving us the stamp duty ! Nothing has been too much trouble. 100% recommend

I could not recommend Jeffries to anyone. The service we received was terrible. Promises were not kept, calls were not returned and for everything that did go wrong there was always an excuse that meant it was not Jeffries fault. At one point in the selling process they agreed to reduce our fee by £250 because of all the mistakes made. However when the final invoice came out they "accidentally" had charged the full amount. Fortunately I questioned this with my solicitor and it was reduced. However this was indicative of the whole experience we had with them. If you are looking for an estate agent try any one but Jeffries.

We used this agent and received first class service. The staff were always helpful and polite. They found us a buyer in a matter of days. We also had regular updates on the situation of our chain. Their fees were also very very reasonable. Overall having used many estate agents over the years we found them to be the very best we have ever used and would highly recommend their services. Thanks Matt to you and your excellent staff.

Matt Spacey at Portchester gave me excellent service in selling my house. He went far above what was expected to ensure that he was continually communicating with all parties. When one buyer dropped out he found me another buyer within an hour. I would thoroughly recommend the firm. All other members of staff were helpful and courteous. Thankyou.

Very friendly and professional staff from the outset and managed to arrange an interim rental in what were very difficult circumstances for us. The purchase we were making was handled in a very personal way especially considering we have been in a 'lockdown' situation. The timescale for the purchase worked out very much as predicted and their staff were always available, kept in touch with the legal side of things, and updated us regularly on progress as things developed. We would highly recommend Jeffries of Portchester👍

If your a buyer don't use them there only on the sellers side and will point the finger at everyone else IE solicitor , savayer as they don't take any responsibility for the buyer poor action in any way . They will promise to get back to you but they don't all they care about this the split of the money . Sellers your love them buyer beware.
