I have just completed on the purchase of a bungalow in Portchester that was handled by L.V.Noons and can highly recommend Greg. He was friendly yet professional and always happy to help with any queries I had over the last 6 months. The purchase took a long time as the sale of my properly fell through the first time. The whole process has been very stressful, as it usually is with house moving, but Greg was always there to help in a calm and efficient manner. Greg is not your usual Estate Agent, but in a good way! He handled my parents house sale, following my Dads passing, professionally, but more importantly for me at the time, with a huge degree of empathy. He knew the emotional pressures that I was under, not to mention trying to manage the whole process 100 miles away from my own home. It was this level of understanding, which made the sale as easy as it could be under the circumstances. I would have no hesitation in recommending LV Noon.

Let’s face it Noons was old dated and drab. The new owners have made it sparkle again with the best service. I called them to find out why moved and it seems old Mr N was up to his normal have his cake and eat it. They are hoping to move into another shop soon but are currently in the biz centre. They advertise on rightmove which is were everybody looks for a new home. They always give good advice. Also arrange for the old bungalow to be cleared for the new owners. Let’s hope like my family friends , the villagers will support the new owners not noons but will keep the company going for another 50 years! It is our village history the orange boards. Mr N should be pleased they are carrying on and keeping the name alive and the boards in the village.

Lovely old fashioned estate agents. Felt like walking into a living room rather than an office. Good service and lots of free advice with tea and biscuits. Mr Noon has now retired but Karen is still in the shop and was born and bred in Portchester. With the added bonus they now do viewings on a Sunday afternoon. Looks like Noon Estate Agents will continue to support us villagers. Keep up the good work.

This man is a conman everyone he starts business and takes maintenance money off home owners that own leasehold and never does any work that we all pay for he has done a bunk with 10.000 of 4 people who own a block of flats done lead flashing on roof and put massive bill in only mowed lawn 2 times and picked up rubbish in his own car and billed everyone Haha be warned this is all going to court to prove he is 100% a conman he went under a previous company called blue door takes money then moves on under different names !!!! People be warned dont trust this man look all over Facebook

He always has time to take your calls and is very flexible with last minute viewings. Every time we have viewed a property with him it's never been rushed and he has lots of knowledge to answer our questions. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that L V Noon was now under new management, and I haven't been disappointed. My sale and purchase have been tricky from day one, with a long chain (7+) that collapsed once, hence I have been a bit of a nightmare customer - on the phone more or less every day, sometimes more than once. Despite this, the team at L V Noon have always been in good spirits and happy to chase various parties at all hours of the night and day to ensure everything falls into place. Most importantly for me, in a location where many agents try to artificially inflate pricing, they were honest and realistic with what was achievable. It can't be easy taking over an established 'village' firm like this, but I wish them the very best of luck!

Very good local estate agents now under new management. They had my property on the market for a few months. The new chap took new photos and did some viewings on a Sunday afternoon and it has now been sold. Stephen has now sold the business and Paul has semi retired. Karen still works in the mornings and she now sells houses! I wish them well and pleased they are keeping the good work Les started in 1965.

Really good local village estate agents. They even let locals use the shop space for community fund raising event. If you are thinking of moving please use them. They are new Noons. Bringing it back to the village and helping the community just like Les N did of old. Get the personal service with them.
