I cannot praise Castle estate agents enough. From the first conversation on phone, to our home being sold. Gary and Charlie provided an amazing service. I asked for information on solicitors, Gary provided a list to pick from. Once we informed Gary of our choice, Gary and Charlie were on hand to assist, they kept the communication between buyer solicitor and ours flowing, nothing was to much trouble. I recently used Castles Estate Agents to help me sell my property and buy another. Their initial valuation was very fair, and we managed to agree on a pricing strucutre that suited my budget. Everyone at Castles has been excellent throughout the process, with a timely response and supporting me through my moving journey. Special metion to Jack who was my main point of contact, and despite not being the original person who came out to value the property, took me on and understood everything I needed, he took the time to understand my situation and I never felt like "just another customer". I was originally recommended to Castles from a friend, and I would have no hesitancy in recommending them further - which I have already done. Unprofessional during consultations when buying a house. Poor communication during and after purchase. Never collect their sold sign after multiple attempts of asking and going into their office to request they collect. Edit to reply: "Appreciate our board guys were slow to retrieve your board after us asking them a few times" - Still not collected Unprofessional in the sense that: Initial phone call was met with "We're in a meeting and will call you back" and you never did. We were informed that our offer was accepted by our solicitor not via our estate agent. We've reached out on Whatsapp and via phone and via stopping into the office and you still haven't collected your board. You rely on a third party but can tell if we've asked 5 times that you should just come and collect it.

My experience with castles has been incredible. They have sold 2 of my properties now, one of which was very challenging due to external factors. The guys went above and beyond on this property, especially, with their marketing, exceptional sales skills and can do attitudes, to get it over the line. When I lost hope, they did not! They pretty much help my hand through the process and gave a real understanding and caring approach. They are so quick and easy to correspond with and they made me feel prioritised despite the many clients they are dealing with on a daily basis. I am beyond grateful individually and collectively to them for all the work, emotional support and guidance they have given during the sales of my properties. Not good . Arranged a viewing, took time off to view only to be told as we were waiting outside the property that it had been sold the previous day. They tried to contact all prospective buyers to say this apparently. Strange as I had no phone call text or email to let me know . Independent businesses are not always the best for service obviously.

Brilliant service from the other side of the planet. I live in Australia, so I had quite the long distance relationship with Charlie and Sean. My Mum passed away in the middle of Covid and I wasn't able to return to the UK to take care of her estate. From the very beginning Charlie and Sean were absolutely fantastic, Mum's house sold within a matter of days. There were a few issues along the way (not with Castles) and the chain even fell over at one point. However, Charlie and Sean took it all in their stride, remaining calm and professional at all times. Charlie especially kept in touch with me throughout the entire process and I can't thank him enough. He even kept on top of things and in touch while on holiday in America! I instructed Castles to sell our home and from the word go they have exceeded my expectations, I’m a stickler for details and great customer service and they have not disappointed at any point. During the valuation, selling and buying process we have dealt with a lot of local agents and Castles are by a long way the best. I can not recommend Castles enough! They have been a massive support through our journey which has not been easy. Charlie, Sean and Gary worked non stop for us and did everything they could to find our forever home. It has been so up and down and we have just exchanged on a very long and difficult chain but again nothing was too much trouble for them. They helped in every way that they could and they kept us calm and positive no matter what we faced. Within our time of viewing with other agents I can honestly say these guys work the hardest. They constantly communicated with us and took the time to know what we really wanted and needed from a home.
