We can honestly recommend Williams Estate Agents to everyone. We had a wonderful time working with Andrew and Anrhea, they understood our needs and we were always updated with everything nicely and smoothly. It was a real pleasure to working with them. Selling a house can be very stressful, but Andrew and Anthea made the atmosphere lovely and we were able to relax in whole process. The Williams Estate Agents wasn't our first choice, which we regret, as we could save time and - most of all - stress. Fortunately, we decided to switch to Williams Estate Agents and it was bullseye! Now we've gained this experience that you don't go to only one Agent, but you need to go the best Agent! and that's what They represents. Thanks to this move, we sold our house quickly, and also nicely above the asking price. Thanks again, wishing you all success!

Well what can we say! From day one we followed Owens advice, and because we did - we got our house sold in the middle of a pandemic over the guide price. No matter what time of the day, Owen was always at the other end of the phone (I'm surprised he didn't block our number 😆) true gentleman with big bubbly personality. The postivity and professional was second to none. True and honest at ever corner. Would definitely highly recommend Owen if your thinking of selling. I would 100% recommend Williams’s Estate Agents! From the first interaction Owen made everything so simply and straight forward when selling our house. He gave us the right direction, his online presence and viewing technique meant the house sold within days! Amazing! Then when it seemed like everything would fall through in our chain because of the virus etc he and Andrew worked tirelessly with all other parties to achieve what we thought would be impossible and managed to keep us all on track! We have just bought and sold a house through Williams Estate Agents and as nerve wrecking as moving house can be in the end it all went ahead as planned. We would highly recommend Williams for their knowledge of the market place and their skill at dealing with people in a professional and courteous manner. It was mostly Owen we dealt with, after viewing a house which we didn't like Owen spent time listening to us talking about the type of house we would like. That same night we went to view a house that we loved and this was the house we ended up buying. Owen also assured us we would have no problem selling our own house. Three weeks later our house was sold for above the asking price. What more can we say other than THANK YOU Owen for making our little dream come true, You're our super hero.

Well, what can we say?! 5 stars, would fully recommend and boy did Owen go the extra mile on more than one occasion. 😬🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟It wasn’t a simple task - we wanted a building site, our house to be sold, a house to buy while we built on said site, oh and a wee apartment that needed rented out. And could it all be timed perfectly? Oh and we can be quite hard work as customers given we are both in sales! Anyone in need of an Estate Agents look no further than Williams. Owen was absolutely fantastic! He sensed from word go what we were after...and delivered! He was fun, patient and caring. It really mattered to him and that’s not easy to find. Before securing our home we had a few hiccups and Owen was there every step of the way. Phoning at 10pm at night, checking in via text messages and even answering our call while he was on holiday in Italy. Simply going the extra mile. A brilliant service and a lovely team of people.
