We viewed a number of properties with a young fella named Matthew he was always on time to each property showing us a few at a time nothing was too much trouble he was very friendly and helpful. We dealt with Zoe through the purchase process Zoe was so helpful she was quick to contact me back with any queries and we viewed the house and got access to the house a few times when needed during the sale agreed period. The whole process has been an absolute pleasure so straight forward no stresses we were kept up to date and informed at every stage and we are now so happy to be into our new home. Alistair valued our home before putting it on the market and explained the process to us very well since we had bought it as a new build and this was all new to us. The process of buying our new home took a long time due to back and forth with offers but we were always kept well informed as to what was happening. Zoe in particular has been amazing at communicating with us and reassuring us throughout the sale and buying process, nothing has been too much hassle and she always got back to us with the information we needed very quickly. Hilary has also been of great help answering any questions and finding out information for us when Zoe wasn't available. GoogleAlastair was meant to call us to tell us to arrive at the property, but no phone call and no apology. I found Alastair an obnoxious, rude and condescending man. I will never look at any of his properties which he is selling in the future ( so future clients of his will be missing out on their property being sold) and also I will be informing my friends and family of his behaviour. I know a lot of people in the Portadown area. If this is the way he treats his clients, god only knows how his staff are treated. Trevor was a true professional, offering good advice in a gentle and well informed way. He listened to what I needed and he responded promptly and with accuracy. I found him to be honest, clear and wise.
Hilary kept me up to date with the progress of the sale. She is courteous, prompt in her responses and supportive.
On top of a great interpersonal approach from the team, I was also very happy with the quality of the info brochure they produced and with the online promotion of the house. I felt I could really trust Trevor and Hilary to be excellent representatives of me and the property with potential buyers.
