GoogleThey give fake informations about the properties!!! I bought a house recently , had a water leak and the heating boiler was not working!!!! When I complained they told me "it's your house now...not our responsibility"!!!!!
Good afternoon Christos, We have looked into this situation and can see that Claire has made several attempts to speak with you regarding this matter. We spoke with the previous owner of the property, and they have confirmed that there were no known issues with plumbing or heating up to the time of completion a few weeks ago. We can understand your frustration however, unfortunately, as this house was a resale and not a new build home, there is no warranty that comes along with it, but we are able to provide you with some details that may help if you would like to get back in contact with Claire.

FacebookFor the past 3 years my partner and myself have used Hannath to rent out of property at Gosford Castle in Markehill. Could not be more professional and enthusiastic/motivated to help. Its alway rented to the best cliental there is to offer. We live in Canada so its reassuring everything is looked after from the paper work to the handover of the keys and monthly home inspections. We used Stephanie P last time around. She is great and quick to reply to emails and calls. Highly recommend

FacebookBought a house through Hannath (Portadown Branch). They were so helpful from the initial viewing right through to completion. I was kept up to date with everything throughout, they took the stress out of buying and I was very satisfied with the service I received. The majority of my dealings were with Ciaran who couldn't do enough, including organising to get the keys to me out of hours to have for the weekend when the vender left them in late on the Friday afternoon and Hannath were closing the Saturday for their Fun Day. Brilliant service and highly recommended. Thanks Hannath!

Very prompt with any queries I had and they were extremely helpful in providing any further information I required. Hannath staff definitely made the process of looking for properties less stressful and would like to thank them for their pleasant service.
