Want to give a big shout out and say thanks to Hannath for their help, advice and support with the new house purchase! There were some lows and many highs throughout the whole experience especially with the current COVID19 situation and Hannath were there to support us as much as possible at every opportunity. Alastair even came to give us our keys on a bank hol when he wasn't meant to be working, which is above and beyond. Thanks for everything, much appreciated.

I'm currently selling through Hannath and couldn't be happier with the process. Christine has been a delight showing potential buyers around, and very understanding with me working from home. Ciaran was always at hand to answer any questions and to give guidance throughout. Very friendly and professional team, highly recommend!

My wife & I sold our home via Hannath in which we dealt with Jamie. Jamie is a gentleman who I found extremely approachable, responsive & professional throughout the E2E of the sale. Nothing was ever too much bother. Our house was listed and sold in a fortnight (with Christmas & New years in between). Without a doubt a valuable asset to Hannath Estate Agents! Thank you Jamie!

Many thanks to Hannath for the help in purchasing our new home. Top quality service from start to finish and always responded to any queries we had. I couldn’t recommend them enough for anyone purchasing or selling a home to use this excellent estate agency. A special thank you to Ciaran who went above and beyond for us from the very beginning making sure our first home was everything we wanted!

Moving home is said to be one of the most stressful experiences but if you get a good estate agent this can be greatly reduced. We were fortunate in getting Gareth Rees who was so helpful and efficient in all his dealings with us. He had our house sold in a couple of days. He kept us fully informed throughout the entire process of selling and buying our new home. Hanneth should be very proud of him as the face of the organisation. Colin & Marilyn

Hannath came in with a competitive professional fee undercutting other estate agencies. Jamie was assigned to sell my house. He assured me he would get the asking price and he delivered. Communication was effective during what proved to be a tricky sale to get over the line. I would recommend.

I dont usually leave feedbacks. I had to, as it was a pleasure working with Gareth & Claire when I went to view a house. The're an absolute & must have team duo in any firm. Unfortunately I didn't proceed to make an offer on the house due to minor requirements on my part. But Claire kept on with her follow-ups to see how I was getting on with my house searches. You're super, super awesome Claire. Thank you so much. Claire.

Ryan Reavie helped me so much to relocate and find a perfect property for me which suited me and my landlord. He took a personal approach to helping me, after not securing other properties with Hannath, unlike every other estate agent i was dealing with at the time, and I thoroughly believe without his help I’d still be looking and unable to start working in NI. Once he secured me a property, on move in day he spent as much as time as I needed to explain everything to me and make me feel at ease in my new surroundings. Thank you so much Ryan you’ve been a massive help to me so this review is the least I can to recommend you and Hannath Estate Agents 👍🏻

Big thank you to Ryan. Massive undertaking done on his part. Came to hannath in a blind panic due to a very quick moving job opportunity. From the get go Ryan went above and beyond with finding me a property that suited everything I needed from it. Great customer care start to finish and will definty be returning to hannath when I look to buy next. If this is the level of care they take when renting I look forward to the buying process being this smooth.

I have been really impressed with Ryan Reavie during my recent relocation from London back home to Ireland. Being an Estate Agent myself working for one of the top agencies in London, I have incredibly high standards for Customer Service and Ryan met those, above and beyond, compared to most other local agents I dealt with, who really disappointed me with their lack of communication or even interest in my search! Although I found a house privately, as rental options are limited in this current market, Ryan was very responsive, professional and patient with me during my search, and I would most definitely recommend him to anyone looking to rent. Thank you, Ryan!

We had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan when we found the perfect rental property with Hannath. After being in touch with lots of other rental agents which caused lots of stress due to lack of communication, working with Ryan was an absolute dream. From the initial enquiry to the viewing and application process - he made it all so smooth and stress free for us. Ryan kept in contact throughout the whole process and our application was accepted and we were in to our new home just over a week later! Ryan is a real asset to Hannath and a such genuinely nice, down to earth guy. We are both so thankful for all his help and loving our new home. Emma&Jonny
