GoogleHighly recommend Mark I was having trouble with a previous mortage advisor who give me an estimate then was ment to apply for co ownership for me but left it and only responded when I contacted them... then to find out they didn't look at the documents I had sent. So my neighbour recommended Mark and said he can do it so I sent him a message that night asking can I talk to him tomorrow as I had seen a house and he got back to me straight away. The next day I had phoned him and even tho he was busy within a couple of hours he had the doucments sorted and the application in. He's been in contact with me every step of the way keeping me updated. advising me on what I need to do which has made everything alot easier especially as I'm part self employed and part employed.

Very poor experience. We were misled about a property and the vendor’s readiness to proceed, which led to wasted time, stress, and over £2,000 in wasted costs. Major issues that they knew / should have known about, such as an unadopted road with ownership issues, and property service charges weren't disclosed. Communication from them was rude and aggressive, and even basic requests (like written terms for a holding deposit) were refused. I would strongly recommend avoiding this agency.
