GoogleIn stark contrast to many of their competitors - Starking and Watson keep their customers well informed. Only arranged a viewing via them so far but based on that experience I would use them to sell a house in future. I dealt with Karen Needham and Connie.

GoogleCan’t view any houses unless sold. If you’re a seller. Remember you’re limiting your options with only showing those that have sold. Loosing out on getting better offers. With interest rates at 6%. They should be more open to showing sellers who need to sell. Serious buyers missing out. Consider using another agent if your house is sitting on the market for months. Customer service is poor too. More of a Asda in the estate agent world!

GoogleBuying a property through Starkings was a very positive experience. Most of our dealings were with Carl and Charly but everyone we had contact with was professional and efficient. Most impressed with viewing the property at 11.15am and having a written confirmation of sale by 5pm. Will definitely sell through them when the time comes - thanks everyone.
