I’d like to say a big thank you to Paul at The Property Shop for his outstanding support in helping my parents sell their property while they were not in the UK. Managing a sale remotely can be challenging, but Paul made the entire process seamless from start to finish. He went above and beyond by arranging all the necessary maintenance work to ensure the property met the required standards and compliance regulations. His proactive approach, clear communication, and attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind throughout. Thanks to Paul’s professionalism and dedication, everything progressed smoothly and efficiently. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy property professional.

Paul Garfield at The Property Shop in Poole was extremely helpful and professional. He carried out a valuation for me and was clear, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with throughout. Even months later, when I asked for an updated valuation, he was prompt and helpful with his response. It’s rare to come across someone so responsive and courteous, especially when there’s no pressure or expectation. A great example of excellent customer service, highly recommended.

Andy has been amazing over the 9 years old being a tenant at a flat in poole, he recently help me with finding a new flat, sorted out the rent in advance and deposit with council, he had lots of time and patience as it was quite stressful with a slight delay but he made the phone calls and email to the right people to allow myself and 3 children to move into a new property and not be homeless so I would definitely recommend andy and his business when letting a property

Paul at The Property Shop handled our sale and was a real gent throughout the process. He was always polite, professional, and easy to deal with. Despite one of our buyers pulling out, Paul managed to resell the property extremely quickly each time and ultimately secured a price we’re very pleased with. He’s a genuine chap in an industry that can sometimes can feel a little muddied, and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him

I first met Andy from Property Shop in 2020 when I purchased a buy to let property that Property Shop were managing. The professionalism, market knowledge and confidence that Andy puts his clients first, soon became very clear. Andy now subsequently manages a small block of flats I own in Surrey Road as well as 2 commercial properties, one with a global brand name as tenants. I would recommend Property Shop without a moment's hesitation.

Can't thank the property shop enough! We have been with the property shop for coming up to 5 years and have had nothing but an amazing experience. Recently our property was flooded by extreme rain and Andy went above and beyond to help us after our home was left uninhabitable, he even helped us by putting up the money for us to stay in emergency accommodation while he sorted us another property. I highly recommend the property shop for people looking for a professional, reliable and caring service. Thanks again Andy can't tell you how much we appreciate everything. Ryan Ellis

Excellent and super friendly service. When I had a problem I went to the Property Shop and told Andy - 3 minutes later landlord and contractors had been called, 24 hours later the issue was solved. When I had to leave before end of tenancy, Andy got new tenants within weeks - and saved me lots of money. Always try PROPERTY SHOP before you go to the company with the red logo...
