We have been dealing with agents for the past 15 years. We live abroad and need our agents to act in our best interest, and to treat tenants as if they were their own. We are very efficient ourselves and have high expectations, so in the past (quite frankly) we have been disappointed as the agents have tended to just be reactive 'middle men' who have simply come to us with problems.
