Luxury and Prestige are unique in their field in our opinion. Having sold and bought a property through them, we have been hugely impressed with every aspect of their involvement. Their expertise and professionalism simply shines, as they provide exceptional standards of service, and commitment to quality, which for us made for an all round outstanding experience on both occasions. With the sale of our house, from start to finish the team provided a very special and unique approach. Their marketing strategy, using state of the art technology, played an important role in ensuring our house was presented to its best possible advantage. We were kept informed and supported throughout the process. On purchasing our long term home, Steve Issacs made everything run smoothly, using his special blend of communication skills and his vast experience in the local marketplace to make us feel valued and secure. The transaction was enjoyable throughout, making us feel reassured and confident that we were making the right decision. We can not praise Luxury and Prestige highly enough, and would urge anyone looking to sell or buy a property in the area to make use of their special and unique services.

I’ve been with Luxury Prestige for almost 6 months, and unfortunately the experience has been very disappointing. MLS Sync Issues: The MLS still isn’t syncing correctly, which has caused repeated inaccuracies in my social media posts. This should have been resolved long ago. SEO Promises Unfulfilled: Despite assurances that my site would rank in the top 3 on Google, the website isn’t populating in search results at all. Ad Spend Not Delivered: The \$500/month ad spend on the website has never occurred, nor has the \$150/month spend on social media. At this point, a full refund is appropriate and expected. I signed on with the understanding that these deliverables were standard, but nearly half a year later, none of them have been fulfilled. I cannot recommend Luxury Prestige based on my experience.
