GoogleWould definitely recommend Anglotown to anyone looking to move. The viewing, response and transfer of the keys was the most smooth process I could have hoped for. All of my questions were answered as soon as they were asked and I don't think I could have gone with a better company.

GooglePoor customer service. I was traveling from London to Dorset only to get the phone call on my arrival, just before the viewing , that the property was gone 3 days before!
Booking the viewing was also a hard work as the person that I was dealing with could not be bothered to help. He was not able to show me the property on the day as he wasn't the person that deals with that property. This agent also suggested to give the office a call week later, after the bank holiday weekend to organize it! I felt that I almost have to push him to book me in for the viewing. He didn't take any details from me or deposit that I have suggested to pay to reserve this property. I'm guessing this was also to much effort.
You should leave me a message 3 days before, on the day when you agreed to accept the offer from someone else, not 10am on the day while I was already driving for the viewing. The senior team member could contact me directly to apologies instead of trying to blame me that I did not pick the message left on the day of the viewing. I am extremally disappointed.
