Selling my house felt like a huge task at first, but the whole experience ended up being way easier than I expected. Everything was explained clearly my Stuart, and I was kept in the loop the entire time, which really helped take the stress out of the process. The marketing was great and brought in plenty of interest, and I was really happy with how quickly everything moved along. Anytime I had questions, I got helpful and honest answers from Stusrt, which made me feel confident in every decision. Overall, it was a really smooth and positive experience. Stuart was very easy to contact throughout the process. Although the office is not usually open on a Saturday he kindly came out for us to do a viewing on two separate occasions and allowed us to have a good look around without any rush. We sold through Adams and Rose back in February and recently completed the purchase of our new home with them...between selling and buying our new home, we received regular information of potential properties that might be of interest, even if those properties were not on A&R's book!...we are happy to say they found us one, which was on their books.! Most of the other reviews mention, "going the extra mile, helpful, great communication" etc etc...We can only agree, you really feel Stuart Paul have your backs at all times...several times we rang them instead of bothering our solicitor , they always had the answers or got back to us very quickly. We first used Adams and Rose when our flat sale fell through in 2015. They took on our property and we had a seamless sale once they were in charge of our sale. Their communication and efficiency was beyond our expectations. For this reason we chose them again to sell our property a few months ago. We had several issues which were out of their control. Despite the stress they did their very best to assist with any complications that arose. Always available and on the ball, their personal touch was again beyond our expectations. A traditional high-street estate agency where matters are still carried out the proper way. Led by two gentlemen who are at the top of their game. Really knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I'm running out of superlatives because I've worked with lots of average estate agents during years, and having Stuart and Paul in our corner made a big difference. They received a really challenging instruction from us marred by previous issues, however they took it on with an utter professionalism and made it a big success in the end. Regardless of the fact that it was part of a long and precarious property chain. We also received a lot of support from Adams & Rose, even during the latter stages of the transaction.
