GoogleAndy provided a first rate service for the sale of our property, 20 Ty Bryn Gardens, Pencoed. We contacted him on Saturday and one week later we had sold. In that week he provided a detailed, honest evaluation of our house. He advised on what we needed to do, helped us do it, organised photos and marketed for an open day the following Saturday; in fact we had viewings and an acceptable offer on the Friday. GoogleWe sold our house with Andy last year. I found Andy very professional, always available when needed and friendly. After searching through other estate agents, I felt that Andy provided a more personal touch. He worked very hard and secured a sale for us within the first week of our house going live. Luckily for us, after thinking we couldn’t find anywhere to move to and losing hope Andy managed to get us first viewing on a house that would be sold through him. We viewed 2 days later which turned out to be our DREAM house and secured an offer on it through Andy before it went onto the market! We are so pleased that Andy not only managed to sell our house, but find our perfect family home. Thanks again 🥰
