Your Move, Polegate reviews

Sadly we recently had to move my 89 year old father-in-law into a residential care home near us, as he was unable to look after himself anymore. We then had to sell his bungalow in Polegate to fund paying the fees. We live in Wimbledon and journey to Polegate would take my wife between 1½ to 2 hours each way and she doesn't like to leave me alone for too long as I have MS and am prone to falling at the most inconvenient times. My wife is my sole carer. This was potentially a huge problem to my wife and was causing her much anxiety. So I suggested that in this day and age surely we could do this remotely. That was when we called Paul and Angela at Your Move in Polegate. They couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. They not only totally unburdened my wife of her concerns, but successfully found a buyer for the bungalow, recommended solicitors and tradesmen to bring the transaction to completion. We certainly couldn't have managed without them and will be eternally grateful for everything that they did for us.

Well what can I say, Paul and Angela have been nothing short of amazing! I purchased my new property through them. It was a difficult process to get the exchange done and we had to change completion dates 3 times due to issues elsewhere in the chain. However, Paul and Angela went above and beyond to help in any way they could and to keep me informed of what was happening. They always returned my calls and would call me with updates as soon as they heard anything. They are professional and friendly and never made me feel like a nuisance when I called in a panic, they kept me sane! I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will be using them for all property sales in the future and recommending them to anyone looking for an excellent estate agent. Thank you Paul and Angela for making the stressful process of house moving bearable. We got there in the end...

Just purchased a property marketed by the team at Your Move Polegate. 1st class service from the off. Kept me up to date all throughout the process. A special thanks to Chantelle who was our point of contact. Couldn’t do enough for us and was really on the ball. The amazing thing is that we weren’t even paying them as they had not sold our property! Needless to say we will definitely be using them in the future next time we sell our home. Thanks to Paul and all.

An extremely happy customer albeit Your Move were unable secure the property we wanted. First of all we missed out on a property Your Move were selling. As promised Maddie informed us as soon as it was back on the market. Our sale then fell through, Maddie helped out by trying to find us a buyer. However due to circumstances out of all our control neither a sale nor purchase came good. Paul and his team were most helpful, friendly while professional throughout the process. Maddie was our main point of contact throughout the process, she is in my opinion a very driven passionate sales person. Yes I would recommend Your Move Polegate, a great team!!! Phil Smith

Had Paul round for a valuation to sell our house, very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. the house went on the market with them and sold very quickly with the tireless help and efficiency of Maddie. We also found a property to buy through them and again, Paul and Maddie worked their magic. Maddie was excellent with arranging viewings, for sale and purchase, keeping us updated, and helping with our queries and worries. Thanks to both Paul, and Maddie at Your Move, Polegate.

After looking for a while for a flat to rent, we came across Angela and Paul at Your Move and we couldn’t recommend enough! Angela let us know about other places we may like and got viewings booked in, which meant that we found a place we loved! They’re very friendly, knowledgable and put our mind at ease being first time tenants. Thank you for all your help!!

Paul found great tenants for my Mum's bungalow in Wannock when she had to go into a care home. He's now giving good support to me and the tenants as we move into the process of selling the bungalow. Thanks Paul!

I would highly recommend Your Move. It’s not easy selling a loved one’s house for probate. Paul and Angela although efficient and professional, were very empathetic to this. They kept us up to date regularly and helped the whole process go smoothly. We were very pleased with the whole service.

I chose to go with Your Move because of all the estate agents I had met with, Paul came across as the most authentic and genuine and I’m really glad I went with my gut instinct. Mine wasn’t the easiest of sales with a couple of buyers falling through (no fault of Your Move here btw), but each time they re-sold my property within 1 or 2 weeks which was literally amazing. Because of their quick work the chain waited and it all went through successfully. At each step they took the time to talk me through the process and give me an honest appraisal of the situation, which was really appreciated given I’ve not sold a property before. I’m really glad I went with them and would highly recommend their services. Great service and great people.
