GoogleFrom sending an email enquiry about a property, I received a call from Lucie within 15 minutes... on a Saturday!... to talk me through the details and arrange a viewing. Despite not going through with the rental, Louise, Becky and Tracy have shown every effort to help with finding me a rental property and were absolute delights the whole way through. I am overwhelmed by how easy they look to make the process and am jealous of anyone who gets to deal with them in the future. Big thanks to you all.

Home and Castle are the first estate agent's who saw us as people looking to find the right place to live, rather than just a credit score or an income total. All of your staff offer fantastic customer service and we were particularly thankful to Louise and Becky, who we felt both took great care of us throughout our customer journey. They were both quick to respond to our quires, while also being very friendly and professional. We truly feel like the property which we now rent was very suited to us.

GoogleTracey, Ben and Jake sold our property for us in hailsham back in April within 4 days of going on the market, we haven't had great experience with estate agents in the past or the present but these guys we're outstanding, always answered the phone, always returned calls, were honest and helpful whenever asked and even helped us out with somewhere to stay short-term after our purchase fell through at the last minute. A complete breath of fresh air and earn't every penny of their very reasonable fee which they covered by selling our house for more than we thought we could get.
