People be alert avoid at all cost like covid. Do not deal with the bradford shipley branch previously Bentleys. Dishonest timewasters that just do not care. They lie and cheat to impress for their own gain. Mis advice vendors to sell to buyers who are friends/associates. Dont waste your time and emotions I did. Wish I and vendors had checked the previous reviews would not have wasted time and money.

GoogleWe had a very bad experience with another agent, our house was on the market for over 18 months and there were no serious offers or even helpful feedback. To our great surprise, Janine at Hunter's sold our house in less than a week, and before it even went on the market. Excellent service from everybody at Hunter's who were all extremely pro-active, professional and pleasant to deal with on each interaction.

I enquired about a house and have been added illegally to a mailing list. I complained and asked to be removed twice, was told they never added me (though the emails added me 1 day after my 1 ever enquiry to this company) and they have yet to remove me. Companies like this should not be trusted, they are taking your data and will spam you !

It is a real shame when ideal opportunity to acquire a family home is missed due to errors made by an estate agent. It later transpires that vendor accepted a lower offer for the sale of his property. The real questions are; what was the cause of those errors? were they really errors? why was the lower offer accepted and higher offer rejected?

However once we put our offer in, the staff at Hunters put us at ease and nothing was too much trouble. We encountered several members of staff - all were very friendly and happy to help with any enquiries. Emails and phone calls were responded to promptly. We would highly recommend.

GoogleSeriously good service from Karen and Natalie at Hunters Pocklington. Karen dealt with my elderly mum brilliantly and really did their homework regarding value of the house and others like it. House sold within two weeks of putting on market. Kept me updated throughout the whole process and even bought milk and biscuits for my mum when she couldn't get out of the house, amazing people!

No interest in trying to listen, talks over you and doesn’t give any info about property - sadly with current housing market the estate agencies can afford to be disgusting and behave unprofessional and get away with it. I registered to view a property as soon as it came up and they never answered. When I rang them they fobbed me off as some second class person. They did not bother taking my details for any other properties. To me they are unprofessional.

We had an unpleasant experience with our local Hunters and now these pests from head office are repeatedly sending us letters urging us to let them take care of our unsold property. We wouldn't use them if they were the last estate agent in the country.

Poor experience for the 2nd time!!!I will never recommend or use this agent. Seems crooked, says one thing and does another.We found that they played us off against another buyer because 'Alan' was a friend of a family, rung very true when it all came out. Shame on people who are in jobs which deal with peoples livelihoods.

GoogleIn a very tricky house sale with a difficult chain, the ladies at Hunters were fantastic. If it weren't for them, I think the chain would have broken down. And I was probably a difficult customer but their patience with me never waned. They come across as genuinely caring about the customer. Would defo recommend.
