GoogleDesmond and Co recently sol both my partner’s and my houses. The whole team were highly professional and I would recommend their services to anyone. However, Richard from the sales department was particularly wonderful and worked tirelessly to keep the chain together. He was a godsend! GoogleEmma and Darren are nothing short of amazing. I went to view a house which they had on the market and instantly knew I would be happy to list mine with them. As this was my first property, I had no idea of how everything worked but Emma guided me through each step. She was always on the end of the phone or text if I needed her. My house was listed and sold within 10 days at full asking price. The process was clear and smooth and completed a few months later. I will definitely be using Desmond & Co in the future and recommend to everyone! Thank you Emma & Darren!

GoogleWe cannot thank Adam enough for selling our home for us. He is honest, trustworthy and extremely approachable. Nothing was ever too much for him. What we especially loved was the personal touch. It felt like Adam was a part of our house sale journey from start to finish ( 9 weeks in total ). The videos and photos that he took were fabulous and you could tell from them that he really wanted to sell our home for us. If you want to sell your home then Adam is your man.

GoogleHighly recommended estate agent. Without Darren and the team, our purchase would've no doubt fallen through. Darren worked tirelessly to keep all parties in the chain talking to eachother. Not to mention that Desmond & Co were only our seller's estate agent (not ours), and therefore they didn't need to get so involved, but they went above and beyond to contact our estate agents, solicitors and our buyer's advisor to get everything in order for exchange and completion in time. Brilliant service, helpful, friendly, can't recommend enough. Thanks again! We'll be in touch when we come to sell ours 😊

GoogleDarren went way beyond our expectation as our agent. He responded quickly to our urgent need to get our house on the market. Despite our initial buyer pulling out just weeks before our planned move and completion, Darren remained calm, kept us well informed and managed to resell our house again with days and helped us to complete just 4 weeks later. If Carlsberg did estate agents, it would be Desmond’s!! Communication throughout the process was excellent and I really don’t think we would be in our forever home now if it wasn’t for Darren and his team.

He guided a tricky purchase transaction through to completion smoothly and with great professionalism, even when matters became incredibly complicated and tensions ran high. He was easy to contact via email and telephone, and I was kept fully informed as to new developments. I look forward to working with him again in the future.

GoogleWe cannot stress how fantastic Darren was in the sale of our property, we would give him 6 stars if possible! We can confidently say that without him, the whole chain would've collapsed just before Christmas. Darren went massively above and beyond his role, working ridiculous hours and doing everything in his power to ensure the sale went through. Also, the photos and videos of our property (done by Jack) were amazing. We will be recommending Desmond & Co to all of our Plymouth friends and family without hesitation.

GoogleThe service Desmond & Co provided in selling our house was fantastic throughout. The quality of the professional photos they took meant that we had a huge amount of interest in our home right from the outset, and we were able to receive multiple offers well above the asking price. Despite running into some unforseen roadblocks during the sale, Darren worked through these in an efficient and professional manner, keeping us updated at every stage. I could not recommend Desmond & Co enough for the sale of your house.

GoogleAdam Pryor was amazing. I have been in the Mortgage business for 25 years in Kent. So buying out of area was going to be a challenge in a difficult market. He met us on a Sunday after his sons rugby! Communication was fantastic and we completed in 14 days. If all estate agents could be like this buying would always be a pleasure. Honestly this firm and Adam are the best. If you are thinking of selling these must be on your list! Thanks Adam

FacebookI honestly cannot recommend Desmond & Co enough! Our property had been on the market for around 4 months with a different estate agent, in the end we accepted an offer significantly lower than the asking price. Unfortunately the offer fell through, and that’s when Desmond & Co stepped in- our property didn’t even go live on the market, yet Darren managed to sell our flat for over the asking price within an hour of somebody viewing it! We are so grateful for all of the support from Desmond & Co, if we ever sell again we will 1000% go through these again! Thank you for all of your help Darren, you guys are UNREAL and the communication is fab!
