GoogleRefused to pass our offer to the seller because we didn't view the house (we didn't view it because they wouldn't fit us in, despite us saying all along we were looking to put an offer). However the video, pictures, plans and google maps were enough for us to decide, so who are you to say we are not really interested? We were even willing to go over the asking price as we were very keen on the location. So a deservice to both us prospective buyers and to the sellers, who may not have had the best offer on that property.

FacebookVery disappointed. We viewed a house to let that said on the website ‘available from 9th December’ to currently being homeless over the Christmas period and still have no idea when the house is going to be available to move in to. Have called most days to speak to the move in team who seem annoyed at you for chasing them and rudely tell you it’s still not ready with no information on what’s being done or what needs to be done. When we went ahead with this house we very quickly gave £240 for fees and the information needed for references. It all went through very quickly. This was at the time the only thing in our knowledge that could hold up the move in . The house we are going to be renting has been empty since early November! I had a miscarriage two days ago, my poor dog is in kennels and all we wanted was to be in by Christmas. We will never use Bradley’s again
