A nightmare from the get go - cut corners at every chance, very poor/no insulation in some walls, contracted into an extortionate heating system, carboard used instead of actual filler, uneven floors and the cheapest finishes possible

Worst customer service ever experienced. The flats are unfinished after completion. Shoddy standards. Poor workman. No hot water on the whole site. Never follow up complaints or taken seriously. Not a single happy tennant on a 300 home site. Shocking don’t waste your money.

Awful customer services - we were handed over a home that wasn’t finished (and still isn’t 18 months on). Communal areas left unfinished and unsafe, no maintenance, we had no streetlights for over a year...the list goes on!!!

Still trying to sort out massive structural problems three years on. Currently have water pouring in through a bay window, contacted Linden weeks ago. We continue to sit amongst the buckets whilst it ruins our brand new wooden floor
