We’re so thankful for everything Deirdre did to help us through the process of buying our first home! Deirdre was absolutely essential in guiding us through the journey, she acted as a true bridge between us and the developers, helping smooth out every step and always being on top of things. She went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track, especially with tight timelines around our mortgage expiration. And when the deal was finally done, she even made the extra effort to get us the keys on a Friday evening, knowing how eager we were to move in. That meant a lot. Deirdre was professional, reliable, and always had our best interests in mind. We really appreciated her support throughout the process.

From our very first contact with Deirdre, we felt we were in excellent hands. Her friendly and approachable attitude, while perhaps expected from an estate agent, stood out as genuinely warm and reassuring. Believe me when I say this: many agencies treat buyers like entries on a spreadsheet, and it’s baffling how they manage to stay in business. But Deirdre and Rachel were nothing like that. From day one, Deirdre promised to look after us, and she absolutely delivered. No matter the size or nature of our requests, she was always ready to help. She even went above and beyond by helping us secure temporary accommodation when our house was delayed by a couple of months and we were suddenly served notice on our rental. What an absolute star! Buying a house as a first-time buyer is both thrilling and anxiety-inducing. Having a true partner by your side throughout the process makes all the difference, and that’s exactly what we had. Without a doubt selling your house is a stressful experience no matter what your age profile. Deirdre recently sold my parents house & I cannot recommend her services highly enough. As can frequently happen, it was a little complicated but Deirdre was professional, patient and kept the process going until completion.
