I recently sold my flat through the team and couldn't be happier with the service I received. They marketed the property extremely well and found a buyer within a matter of weeks. The sale itself then became far more drawn out and complicated than expected, with numerous delays and issues arising during the conveyancing process. Throughout this, Gary was proactive, persistent and always willing to chase updates from solicitors and keep communication flowing between all parties. What impressed me most was that they didn't disappear once a buyer had been found. They remained involved throughout the transaction and were instrumental in helping keep things moving when progress stalled.
