GoogleI have been trying to contact Gary Blatt for over three months and have been completely ignored. This company employs individuals who are involved in wage theft and shows a serious lack of courtesy, professionalism, and respect. What’s most troubling is the apparent disregard for the rights of disabled individuals. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable, and I would not recommend this company based on how these issues are handled.

GoogleVery poor and un-professional service when you need something done. The building locks are constantly broken in the communal areas and furthermore they take a long time to even repair or look into a fault. The building fob stopped working and they feel it's not their fault and slap the tenants / landlords with a charge regardless if it works or not. Absolute pathetic service

GoogleWas renting a flat in northwood off these guys - it was owned by the managing director of the company and during a leak that was not my fault into the flat below, he had people enter my flat and close the taps. I was without a shower for three days. Why would you have anything to do with them …beats me.

GoogleSince the day I met George he was very professional in explaining everything he could do for me to sell my property. He and his team did an amazing job dealing with all the problems along the way in a very smooth journey to the completion date. I can't thank enough all their hard work.

GoogleI have to say that I have to give this company 5 star and any Freeholder wishing to use this company as Service Rent collecting agent needs to know that they are competent and professional. I have dealt with Beverley on several issues and she deserves the 5star I understand that she does eveything she can within her parameters and that she has to always await instruction and direction from Freeholders

GoogleAppalling company that goes out of its way to pass the buck, precisely what you don’t want from a property company. Literally every single thing they could help with is done late; excuses are constantly made instead of ever ever apologising; our security gate took over six months to get repaired; our letter boxes for 11 flats took three and a half years to be installed, our lift broke down four times due to lack of servicing; our water pumps broke down due to lack of servicing over two and a half years and when you evidence their failures with email and photographic evidence they still can’t apologise. But they did send a lovely Christmas card signed by nine employees. Apparently not one of them knows how to pick up a telephone to a contractor unless shouted at.

GooglePeter & George are extremely professional in their approach to all aspects of a sale. I found them honest and nothing was too much trouble. Commercially connnected, bringing in strong and viable buyers from the outset.
